Ingrédients:
Eau chaude ; ( 10 litres)
Sel de cuisine ; ( une poignée )
Vinaigre de cidre de pommes.( 2 verres )
Préparation:
Mettre votre eau chaude dans une bassine (à une température la plus chaude possible que vos pieds peuvent supporter). Ajoutez une poignée de sel et 2 verres de vinaigre de cidre ; bien agiter ce mélange suivant les proportions ci-dessus mentionnées.
Utilisation:
mettez vos pieds dans la bassine et restez ainsi jusqu’à ce que l’eau se refroidisse. Puis rincez vos pieds et enveloppez-les dans une serviette sèche et allez directement vous coucher. Gardez vos pieds au chaud. Par conséquent, il est recommandé de dormir avec une serviette, un drap ou une couverture qui les enveloppe pour être au chaud. Le lendemain, sortez du lit avec des pantoufles et ne marchez pas sur le sol pieds nus.
Résultat: votre douleur disparaitra après le premier traitement. Répétez cette procédure une fois tous les 6 mois ou lorsque vous ressentez des douleurs à nouveau. Il suffit d’essayer, vous serez surpris de son efficacité ! Ce seul exercice simple va aider non seulement à faire disparaître cette douleur gênante mais également à renforcer le centre et le bas de votre corps
NB:
Le nerf sciatique est le nerf le plus long du corps humain. Son inflammation produit une douleur très inconfortable qui commence dans la zone lombaire irradiant dans les fesses et l’arrière de la jambe, jusqu’au pied. La douleur du nerf sciatique est extrêmement désagréable et peut compromettre sérieusement la qualité de la vie des personnes souffrant de ce problème.
Le repos aide à soulager temporairement le problème, mais ne le résout pas. En plus de la douleur, d’autres symptômes peuvent apparaitre, par exemple, l’inconfort de s’asseoir, sentir l’engourdissement des jambes lourdes jusqu’au pied.
Désormais, pour tous ceux qui souffrent des douleurs au nerf sciatique, appliquez cette solution naturelle,c’est une méthode simple qui permet de résoudre ce problème assez rapidement. C’est un traitement qui ne devrait être effectué que le soir avant le coucher.
Éviter toutefois par la suite, de réveiller la douleur du nerf sciatique en vous lavant souvent à l’eau trop froide.
